Trust Carrots To Give You Radiant, Clear Skin

We know carrots are beneficial for our eyes and hair, but we didn't know they enhance skin.  

We eat carrots in salads, veggies, drinks, etc. to reap their benefits. Apply it topically to see how it works on our skin.

Here are some easy-to-make face packs you can make with carrots:

1. Facial Mask for Dry Skin:  Grate and grind half a carrot. Add a spoonful of honey and milk and mix well. Leave the pack on for 15 minutes and wash off with cool water.

2.  Face Pack for Oily Skin: Mix one cup of carrot juice with one tablespoon each of curd, gram flour, and lemon juice to make this face pack. Apply this mask to your face and neck for 30 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

3. Clear Complexion Pack: Mix equal amounts of carrot juice, yogurt, and egg white. After 15 minutes, wash with lukewarm water. Carrots help remove dead skin cells, revealing new skin.

4. Sun Protection Spray:  Fill a spray bottle with equal parts carrot juice and rose water. Spray on the face and body to moisturize and protect skin from the sun.

5. Anti-Ageing Solution:  Create an anti-aging solution by combining carrot and aloe vera juices and applying them regularly to combat early signs of aging.
