Immunity-Boosting Onion Tea Can Prevent Coughs and Colds

Onions are rich in immunity-boosting vitamins C, antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and zinc, according to experts.

Two ways to prepare onion tea: with onion or with peels. Yes, onion peels are as healthy as onions.

In order to make onion tea, boil one glass of water. 

Add chopped onion, 2-3 black peppercorns, 1 cardamom pod, and 1/2 tsp fennel seeds. 

Cover the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Drink strained tea with or without sugar.

Onion Peel Tea Recipe: 

Boil water and pour it into a cup with a tea bag/green tea leaves and half or a little onion peels.

Let it soak for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and add honey or lime juice.
