– 1 lb (450g) salmon fillets, skin removed – 2 tablespoons soy sauce – 1 tablespoon sesame oil – 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup – 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tablespoon rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, grated ginger, minced garlic.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the marinade over the salmon, making sure it is evenly coated.
