Kebab Salad- Recipe


– approx. 2.2 lbs of chicken meat (breast/thigh), – kebab spice, – half a small head of red cabbage, – half a small head of white cabbage, – 3 pickles, – 2 raspberry tomatoes, – a can of corn,

– 1 red onion, – 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, – 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt, – 2 cloves of garlic, – a small bunch of chives

– a teaspoon of ground smoked paprika, – salt and pepper to taste, – fat for frying, – optionally, roasted onions

Method of preparation:

1. Remove chicken breast membranes and chop into medium chunks. Season cut meat with kebab seasoning and olive oil. 

2. Cover the meat and refrigerate for at least an hour.

3. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, smoked paprika, chopped chives, and pressed garlic in a bowl to make the sauce. Mix everything and season with salt and pepper. Keep completed sauce refrigerated.

4. Fry the beef in pan-fat. Place it in a basin to chill when ready.

5. Cut red and white cabbage into strips, pickles, and red onion into cubes. Peel and cube tomatoes.

6 .Mix vegetables, sauce, and meat well. Sprinkle fried onions and chopped chives over top.
