If I'm Feeling Weak- What To Drink?

If you're weak, try these drinks, but see a doctor if symptoms persist:

                Water:  Being parched might make you feel feeble. Be sure to drink plenty of water.

            Electrolyte Solutions Electrolyte-rich drinks, such as energy drinks and sports drinks, help restore electrolytes and fluids lost through sweat.

                 Herbal Teas: Herbal teas, such as chamomile or ginger, can have a calming effect.

             Fruit Juices:  Juices from fruit, such as orange or apple juice, can provide a sugar rush in a hurry.

                  Broth: Broth is a great source of both heat and vital nutrients.

         Caffeinated Drinks: Like coffee or tea, can provide a temporary energy boost.

Staying hydrated is neccessary, as even minor dehydration can impair concentration and performance.
