How to Peel Pumpkin?

It's best to avoid trial and error while preparing Hokkaido or pumpkins that require it.

This could damage fingers or cause significant pulp loss. We wouldn't want that.

Using an oven to peel a pumpkin is safe, fun, and excellent.

 My aunt always started by cutting the pumpkin into smaller pieces. 

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-60 minutes. 

After this, carefully remove the pumpkin and use a spoon to remove the skin or scoop out the meat when it cools.
