Foods That Prevent Aging

While aging shouldn't worry anyone, precautions must be taken. Changes in diet are the best method to combat premature aging.

We've heard "age is just a number" and "age doesn't determine your capabilities" virtually every day of our lives. Age is simply a number, but it becomes apparent when it does.

It's obvious unless the person has had plastic surgery to hide skin and hair aging. Many people get wrinkles, dry skin, pimples, or dark spots as they age.

Foods That Prevent Aging Are:

1. Spices:   Naturally spicy Indian food is anti-aging. Basil, fennel, cumin, turmeric, etc. inhibit cell oxidation.

2.  Antioxidant-Rich Foods:  Organic fruits and vegetables are included broadly. Antioxidants inhibit oxidation and eliminate blood free radicals that can cause cancer and heart disease.

3. Green Tea:  Three cups of green tea daily may restore cellular damage and increase cell lifespan. Skin advantages are amazing. Dab green tea bags on the skin to rejuvenate.

4. Nuts:  The benefit of eating nuts regularly. Brain activity is increased by nuts. Lethargy is avoided by keeping the body active. Helping the person feel younger.

5. Vegetables:  Green veggies are high in fiber and minerals, therefore they restore the body's nutrition.

6. Kiwi:  Daily Kiwi eating may prevent fine lines and wrinkles. Kiwis contain 154% Vitamin C per 100 grams, approximately double that of lemons and oranges. Antioxidant vitamin C fights free radicals.
