Easy Crockpot Lasagna Soup Recipe

This Crockpot Lasagna Soup Recipe is ideal for busy weeknights when you don't have time to cook. 

CROCKPOT LASAGNA SOUP INGREDIENTS:

1. Cooked ground beef  2.  lasagna noodles. 3. Onion 4. Red Bell Pepper 5. Diced Tomatoes: Crushed 6. Beef Broth and Spaghetti Sauce 7. Ricotta, Mozzarella cheese, and  Parmesan cheese 8. Italian seasoning

HOW TO MAKE LASAGNA SOUP IN CROCK POT

Cook and drain ground beef to eliminate fat. Or defrost pre-prepared ground beef and put it in the crockpot.   

A nonstick spray or crockpot liner bag should be used next. Cut the onion and pepper. Leaving portions larger prevents finicky kids from eating or picking.   

Spread ground beef in the crockpot. Next, cover the ground beef in the crockpot with chopped onion and pepper.

Use a spatula to empty the tomato cans into the crockpot, including the fluids.

Add the beef broth and half-jar spaghetti sauce.  More broth and sauce can thicken or thin anything.  

Add your desired seasoning, heavy or light. Lasagna noodles and cheese are added later.

Mix everything in the crockpot and set it on low. For four hours, stir occasionally or let the crockpot cook as-is.

Lasagna noodles were in a ziplock bag at four hours. Stir your crockpot, add broken noodles lasagna, and set it on high.

If you fear too much broth to evaporate or cook-off, add extra broth or spaghetti sauce.

Let everything cook for 30–45 minutes until noodles are done. Stir noodles occasionally to cook.
