Chicken Fillet with Mushrooms and Cheese - Recipe

Required ingredients:

– 4 chicken breasts, – 0.56 lbs of mushrooms, – 0.44 lbs of grated yellow cheese (or mozzarella), – an onion, – a carrot, – 5 cloves of garlic, – 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, – 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or olive oil,

– a tablespoon of butter, – a teaspoon of sweet paprika, – a teaspoon of hot paprika, – a teaspoon of basil, – a teaspoon of thyme, – a teaspoon of oregano, – salt and pepper.

How to prepare:

1. Divide the fillet into smaller pieces. Sprinkle it with sweet and spicy paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic pressed through a press. Drizzle the whole thing with oil or olive oil. Put the meat in the refrigerator.

2. Slice mushrooms thinly. Chop carrots and onions after washing and peeling. Hot butter sautés them. Put mushrooms in too. Use salt and pepper everywhere. Stew ingredients for a few minutes covered as.

3. Bake the chicken in a 392°F oven in a heatproof dish. Smear mayonnaise on the meat after 8-10 minutes in the oven. Combine vegetables and mushrooms, then top with shredded cheese. 

4. Finish baking the fillet for 30 minutes. Bring potatoes to the table.
