10 Minutes To Perfect Ice Cream Without A Machine

This easy recipe will take only 10 minutes of your time and requires you to use salt and a ziplock bag.

Most of us avoid making ice cream at home since it takes time and a machine. 

However, there is an easier way to make this wonderful dessert, perfect for after dinner, at nighttime, or any time of day.

1. Watermelon juice helps maintain hydration and electrolyte balance, which is crucial for health.  It also contains electrolytes like potassium and magnesium, which help balance the body. 

This 10-minute ice cream recipe uses salt and ziplock bags. The remaining ingredients can be altered.

1. Place 2-3 cups of crushed or cubed ice in a large ziplock bag. After that, salt the ice 1/3 cup.

2. Combine 1 cup milk, 1 ½ tablespoon sugar, and ½ teaspoon vanilla essence in a smaller ziplock bag. Seal the smaller bag in the larger zip lock bag and shake for 5 minutes.

3. let the bags rest on a cloth for a few minutes. Serve the scoops of ice cream.

4. You do not have to use vanilla. You can add other flavors. Other than that, you can add any chopped veggies you like.
